General Terms
Staff reserve the right to choose the appropriate action based on the severity of the offense made.
NSFW is not permitted and will result in an immediate ban.
Disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.
No Drama is allowed.
No spamming allowed in channels or staff's DMs.
Be patient when waiting for a response.
No begging permitted.

Advertisements & Promotions
Any form of advertisements to other servers or platforms (including Telegram) is not allowed.
Only slot owners are allowed to promote their products.

Copying
Stealing themes, embed designs, terms, bots, etc. will result in an immediate ban.

Refunds
All payments are final. No refunds after the payment has been sent.
If a product has defects, you may receive a refund if the issue cannot be fixed or replaced.

Raids
We do not support raids, spamming, or any similar methods.
Attempting to raid our or any other server results in an immediate ban.

General
Pings reset daily at 12 AM GMT.
Exceeding ping limits, flooding, inactivity, slot sharing, etc. may result in revocation.
Slot positions can change depending on payment.
Ban evasion = termination.
Members must follow Server Terms.

Refunds & Compensations
Underpayments adjust slot coverage; remaining credit stored.
Purchases final; compensation given for downtime.

Scamming
Any scam or unethical behavior = revoke & ban.
Scammer/DWC flagged = instant consequence.

MM Refusal
Trusted MM required when requested.
No excuses like “too low”, “auto-buy only”, etc.

Reports
Weekly/Monthly owners: 3 reports. Lifetime: 5 reports.
12h response window; slot may be held during review.

Advertisements
External ads disallowed unless buyer asks.
GFX designers must blur invite links in samples.

Recoveries
72h to rejoin via new invite if taken down; failure = slot loss.

Autobuy
Must use autobuy sites for delivery; misleading stock claims banned.
